Harmonica - choice of colours (select from options in lists). 13cm X 2.5cm. A harmonica is a wind instrument which is played by blowing air into it or drawing air out by placing lips over holes. The pressure caused by blowing or drawing air into the reed chambers causes the reeds to vibrate and so creates a sound. Each tone varies depending on the size of reed: longer reeds make deep sounds and short reeds make high-pitched sounds. The harmonica is used in blues, jazz, classical music and pop music. |
