	Six mini boules and wooden jack in a smart canvas-style pouch. 3½ cm diameter. The rules of Boules are simple: Teams are made up of 1,2,3 or 4 players, and each player uses 2 or 3 boules. Toss a coin to see who throws first. The winner of the toss decides the region of play, and throws the cochonnet (also know as the Jack). Draw a circle to stand in and throw from. Throw the Jack about 10 metres from the throwing circle. The first team then sends a player to the circle to throw the first boule and aiming to throw the ball as close to the jack as possible. Players continue to throw the ball each time trying to get closer to the Jack than their opponents. Further details on rules are available in the set. Customer Reviews: janet (Saturday, 07 February 2009) Rating: Just a few words about the mini boules - they come in a small plain black woven style casing and the boules are solid metal as usual but in miniature size - they are just as easy to play but certainly make it easier to transport to any holiday destination.
