Shipping and returns: UK DELIVERIES: We will prepare your order, despatch it and send you another email to inform you that your order is on its way to you. We use Royal Mail delivery service for small parcels. Parcel Force or or other Courier Next working day service for all the rest. Parcel Force will usually deliver your order on the next working day. Please make arrangements to receive your order. A signature is required for this service. For Fastway courier orders, a tracking number will accompany Google checkout orders, and your parcel can be tracked here: http://www.fastwaycouriers.co.uk. Your order remains the property of Red Flag Technologies Ltd, until the order is paid in full, including any postal charges. INTERNATIONAL orders take about 5 to 10 days to deliver. Items which are not in stock are usually despatched within 10 to 15 days from date of order. Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout according to weight and country of delivery.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges VAT applies for deliveries to the UK and the European Union.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your order please ring us or email us or reply to the order confirmation email. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime and up to 7 days after receiving your goods. For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalised products, or products which has been opened. Where you have already received the goods or the goods have already been despatched, return the goods to us unopened together with the original invoice. We will refund you the purchase price of the goods but not the transport charges. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order. If the parcel cannot be delivered the carrier will return it back to us. We may have to charge additional fees for the return of the parcel.
