Returns Policy Any returned item must be sent to us within seven days from receipt (unless returned under warranty). Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery: therefore you are strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery and to have sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during delivery. Returned goods that are faulty or sent in error will be credited in full. All other returns will incur a nominal charge of £3.50 for handling, insurance and re-stocking. Any items that are received in a damaged condition, or are found to be faulty must be registered first at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Cancellation Policy Orders may be cancelled at any time up to the point of despatch from LucysToys. We reserve the right to make a nominal charge of £2.50 to cover the administration of orders that have been processed and packaged.
